I’m Tania De La Cruz Lara, a beauty industry professional with over 10 years of experience. I’m passionate about transforming not only the appearance of every woman, but also helping other beauty professionals discover their talents and build a successful future in this wonderful industry.
I am a Master and Mentor in Permanent Makeup, Eyelash Extensions, and Lash Lifting, as well as the founder of Queen Brows & Queen Lashes and the creator of my own professional line of eyelash extension products.
Throughout my career, I have learned that true growth begins with education. That is why my mission goes beyond providing beauty services. I want to share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years, educating the next generation and empowering professionals to become skilled, confident, and passionate about what they do.
I firmly believe that investing in knowledge and learning is investing in a better future. Education can open doors, create independence, and transform a talent into a profession—and a profession into a successful business.
I also deeply believe in the potential of every woman. Many times, we have talents and abilities we have yet to discover simply because we have never given ourselves the opportunity to try.
From this belief came the motto that represents my purpose:
